Working in the house construction industry, I can tell the difference between a salesman and someone who knows the industry. Gavin came across as someone who knew what the market was doing right from the first meeting. He came in with knowledge, statistics and a plan of attack to sell our property. His point of difference to other agents, was his real likability. I felt like I'd met him before and could get along with him with ease; this was important to me, as I know if a potential buyer feels that way, backed up with the market knowledge he tables, they would entrust him to potentially purchase a property. I'm a strong advocate for believing that people get deterred greatly by a pushy salesman, and that not having that likability as a salesman, can easily lead to losing potential buyers. I would certainly use Gavin again if I was to sell another property.
