Justin (and his colleague Natasha) recently sold my unit (April 2021) in Randwick. They worked very hard to achieve a fantastic price for me. I really liked that they were warm and extremely friendly to deal with and they maintained constant communication throughout the process with friendly updates. I felt they had a really caring and warm approach. It was exceptionally easy. Justin helped us with finding additional external people like conveyancers and contractors for painting and blinds to touch up the property. I was listened to and acknowledged. Justin Bell from Ray White Randwick, demonstrated a caring and most understanding and informative approach towards a grieving family throughout the "listing to sale process" and campaign of 26 Varna Street Waverley. All the 5 executors were dealing with grief of the passing of our Dad. Justin had previously sold 28 Varna Street a month earlier. Justin pitched a team approach from Ray White Randwick for our situation, with the added complexity of selling while applying for Probate. Having Michael and Natasha available to help the family make rational decisions based on market facts and indicators during a highly emotional time was a masterstroke. Justin simply does his job really, really well. Excellent communication skills, passionate about real estate and after sale customer service. Probate could take up to 4 months! EVERY suggestion Justin recommended which was agreed to by the family led to the $852k achieved price over our set reserve from the recent sale. The one thing I admire most about Justin, he has integrity. His conservative appraisal does not hype you up with an unrealistic value for your home. Every step of the sale process is discussed and every decision the family had made was endorsed and actioned.
