I was very pleased with the way Michael conducted the process of sale of my unit. His initial inspections when I was choosing an agent were simple, non intrusive to the tenant and gave a considered and thoughtful opinion. His work in showing the unit was good, always able to discuss with me any of my concerns. Where necessary he followed up on any misunderstanding apparent with potential buyers.
