sold my property with Bobby Zhu within a 4 weeks period. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very professional, and gave me the confidence I was looking for in a Real Estate agent from the moment I met him. Bobby was extremely helpful, kept the communication channels open, and was available for any queries and suggestions.
Bobby Zhu
Well informed in the current state of the property market and its future. Communicates well and goes above to help his clients.

Highly professional and communicates well. He is not a 9-5 person, he is a 24/7 person - he doesn’t stop until he gets the job done. He closed deal at 11.00 pm on a Saturday night and provided documents that I needed on Sunday. I highly recommend him for buying or selling property.

From the beginning to the end process of selling our apartment, Antoine has been an amazing real estate agent to deal with. His market knowledge for the area was spot on, nothing was ever an issue, he kept us in the loop about every potential buyer and was just an all round pleasure to deal with.

When selling our place, we interviewed a number of local agents in Oatlands and Broderick's professionalism made him an easy choice. He didn't over-promise or make outlandish claims to try to bait us, unlike some others in the area. He constantly kept in touch and always responded to our queries in a timely manner. He was flexible and listened to our needs and responded accordingly. In the end, he managed to gather a great range of buyers and an excellent auctioneer that exceeded our expectations. Broderick acts with integrity and has a pleasant manner that can be trusted, and I think the potential buyers responded positively to this experience by the number of bidders we had at our auction. We are very happy to recommend him to any potential seller or prospective buyer.

Over a year of searching for a property, I have met many agents and can confidently say that Broderick has by far been the best! He was kind, honest and resourceful leading up to the auction and auction day. I look forward to continue working with him and his team. Huge thanks from my mum and myself!

Antoine was helpful, kind, had fantastic communication and was responsive via email, text and phone call through the process. Antoine was understanding that I am a first home buyer, and explained everything clearly and patiently. Antoine assisted me to find a property in my price range with what I needed and was quick to move when I indicated my interest. Thank you Antoine!
