Broderick is a positive man with a 'can do' attitude. When we first met him to sell our house we had already met with a couple other agents. In the end it was Broderick's personality and knowledge of the market in the greater Parramatta area that got him across the line. He stayed in touch with us right through the process of selling our house, informing us of exactly what was happening not only with our property but the market in general. We had previously met Broderick at an Auction nearby and he phoned us to say that he had rescued our dog. I thought that was a good enough reason to ask him to market and sell our Villa. We soon realized that Broderick had been correctly engaged and in rather rapid time he had our Villa on the market. Brod's expertise in marketing had many groups and individuals come and inspect and after only two "Open Houses" it was obvious that there were three potential buyers. While the sale price was less than we wanted it to be and isn't that the case with many sales, we did appreciate that sale prices have fallen dramatically all over Australia. At least we were able to sell and buy another property without having to seek a bridging loan. We can honestly commend and recommend Broderick Wright for his professionalism and we do offer him our thanks!
