My place was in the market for a months with other agent could not sell it. Then got a chance to meet Steven before i could get Steven’s service to sell my unit i had a long meeting with him in his office which lasted for more than an hour asked him whole lot of questions regarding the market of real estate and especialy about the market of units what extra he could do for me to sell it and all other questions like marketing the unit presenting the place for open house. He is having wide knowledge of real estate market. As the cause of meeting was not to make same mistake which i did with previous agent and lost 2k on marketing. Its great to deal with Steven and i recomend to get his services. I would like to thanks his coleague Ken also to whom i got chance to meet on my open homes who is also having great knowledge of market and super customer service highly recomended agent. Purchased a house and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with one of the most unethical agents I have ever encountered. Makes promises that he does not keep, never answers his phone, lies and makes further lies to cover his previous lie. Really does not have any idea about negotiation, sales or communications as his arrogance and self centered nature gets the better of him. Absolutely does not care about anyone but his own pocket. I am pursuing matters with NSW Fair Trading and there is currently an open case to answer. An embarrassing and unfortunate addition to the Real Estate Industry.

We found Broderick Wright to be at all times honest & reliable. His communication skills were very high & at all times kept us in the loop. We appreciated that the market was correcting significantly but to his credit Broderick never gave up. Although we didn’t achieve our initial sale price(probably aiming too high) we eventually were able to move on with our new life in Newcastle.
