Purchased a house and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with one of the most unethical agents I have ever encountered. Makes promises that he does not keep, never answers his phone, lies and makes further lies to cover his previous lie. Really does not have any idea about negotiation, sales or communications as his arrogance and self centered nature gets the better of him. Absolutely does not care about anyone but his own pocket. I am pursuing matters with NSW Fair Trading and there is currently an open case to answer. An embarrassing and unfortunate addition to the Real Estate Industry.

We found Broderick Wright to be at all times honest & reliable. His communication skills were very high & at all times kept us in the loop. We appreciated that the market was correcting significantly but to his credit Broderick never gave up. Although we didn’t achieve our initial sale price(probably aiming too high) we eventually were able to move on with our new life in Newcastle.

This is the agent you want selling your home. Transparent, respectful, responsive and on the day delivered the goods. Abreast of the market and from day one had a strategy in place which was followed through in a 4 week campaign culminating in a sale at auction in a market that had sub 50% clearance rates. All of this while juggling the birth of his first child. The consumate professional. Will definitely work with Broderick again and cannot recommend him more highly.
