Brod was great throughout all my dealings during the sale of our house. We were also dealing with another agent for the purchase of our new house, so we had good points of comparison. Brod knows his stuff, and is keen to help the vendor understand where the market is, the opportunities available and how he will handle the sale process. Selling a house is an intimidating exercise and I have to say we had a pleasant experience with Brod, and were kept well informed of what was happening. Plenty of real estate agents leave you counting your fingers and wondering what just hit you, but I can honestly say it was nothing like that with Brod. He's a genuinely nice guy, and is keen to help you through the process with knowledge and understanding, never once trying to keep anything from us. Excellent communications and updates, clarity in the sale process, and the auction was actually a fun day. Not as stressful as we thought it could have been. Highly recommend Brod - he will look after you and you'll have as good an experience selling (or buying) your house as is possible.
