Lee is an excellent agent I met so far. During the sale process, he provided us the weekly updates after each inspection. My tenant had a bad cooperation for the inspection. He communicated with them several times to sort it out and keep the inspection at least once per week. His selling strategy is also great. In the environment of cooling down housing market, he found a buyer that provided the offer with good price. After the contract was exchanged, he continues supported us to get it settled. My case is complex. The tenant did not vacant the property within notification period. Lee communicated effectively with buyer to keep them after the settlement was delayed. We can also contact him after hours or even weekends. I would like rate him 10 out of 10 for his service, communication, commitment, strategy and price. Highly recommend!

Broderick’s customer service was outstanding during our recent sale process. At all times he maintained open and regular communication fully articulating all of the issues as they presented. His knowledge and understanding of the local market is extensive and allows him to provide evidence based appraisals of the properties under his management. I strongly recommend him to any prospective buyer or seller for n the Parramatta- Oatlands area.

Steven assisted us to sell our house in a very hard market. Steven was able to secure the buyer and achieve a great price whilst still having a downturn in the market. Steven was well versed and experienced with knowledge and customer service.

I selected Steven because of his ranking in Parramatta. I am sure that the result achieved was a result of the advertising and database size. A good number of bidders at auction.

We contacted Broderick from a recommendation of our friends. he had just sold their unit. Brod was upfront with the complete sale process. His communication was great. Any questions we had, he answered promptly. He even helped us out with buying our new property. He had great market knowledge and was realistic with our price range. I would highly recommend Brod and the Ray White team at Parramatta / Oatlands

From July 2017 till January 2018 my property was in the hands of another real estate agent who failed to sell it. In only 2 weeks Steven Fan was able to sell it! Thank you Steven for your fantastic work!
