Broderick has been thoroughly professional. He is extremely honest and always available to discuss any concerns or questions I had along the way.He has communicated every step of the way with updates on the progress of the open houses. He genuinely cares for his clients and I felt very secure having him as my agent. His estimated sale price was extremely accurate and he did not inflate the price to gain the right to sell the property. He helped enormously with arranging contractors for house cleaning and yard maintenance. Both contractors work was to a high standard. I would recommend Broderick to any person wanting to buy or sell their property.

I selected Broderick as the agent to sell my property by analysing sales in the area. I have not been disappointed. Broderick is open, confident and knowledgeable and gives the confidence that he is working for the vendor, not the purchaser.
