I inspected close to 30 properties and dealt with many real estate agents. However, Antoine, by far, was the best. Antoine was quick to act once he received my online property inspection request even during the Christmas shut-down period, gave me a private inspection as I detest open inspections and even allowed me to have a second inspection after business hours to allow some of my family members to inspect the property with me after they finished work. Antoine recommended a great solicitor who has been assisting me with the settlement transaction. Antoine has continued communicating with me throughout the whole process without hesitation. Always answered all my calls and text messages regardless of the time I sent it. Most agents are only responding to my previous inspection requests now, but they say the early bird gets the worm, and that's certainly the case when it comes to Antoine. Antoine genuinely cares about his clients and isn't pushy for the sale like some other agents. Instead, he asks for feedback or concerns and then overcomes them with his communication skills. I highly recommend Antoine to anyone who is looking at buying or selling their home. I'll be using Antoine with the purchase of my investment property
