I inspected close to 30 properties and dealt with many real estate agents. However, Antoine, by far, was the best. Antoine was quick to act once he received my online property inspection request even during the Christmas shut-down period, gave me a private inspection as I detest open inspections and even allowed me to have a second inspection after business hours to allow some of my family members to inspect the property with me after they finished work. Antoine recommended a great solicitor who has been assisting me with the settlement transaction. Antoine has continued communicating with me throughout the whole process without hesitation.
