After dealing with a multitude of agents within the Philip Island over the past 6 months, working with various sales executives with varying degrees of industry experience (30 years through to a trainee). We came across Jon and from the get-go, what a amazing experience we have had working with him to find our holiday home on the island. Our experience has been nothing short of exceptional! Jon has the passion and drive to get to know his clients’ purchasing brief and how to facilitate their purchasing journey. This is something that can't be taught but rather the indirect result of someone who really loves what they do for a living. Jon will go beyond his call of duty to ensure his clients feel comfortable with their purchase decisions. At no stage did Jon pressure us in purchasing a property, but rather he was there to help us through the journey in finding the most ideal property for us. Jon's passion, integrity and professionalism should be the benchmark within the Real Estate industry. We opened our feedback with the definition of trust, as during stage 4 covid19 restrictions in 2020, we were unable to physically inspect properties in regional Victoria and were restricted to virtual inspections. Without the confidence and faith in another person outside your family circle, I will doubt anyone will place this trust in another person to guide them through a lifetime purchase commitment without being physically there to inspect the property in person before purchasing. We had this trust in Jon, which is fair to say, was not easily earnt! He went above and beyond, walking us through the property multiple times and answering the million and one questions we had.
