A very attentive, friendly, professional experience.
Jons strengths, regular feedback, professional market reports, friendly approach. Always pushed for arranged open house viewings and was pro active in prompt buyer view requests. Got the job done!

Great service from a great guy
Had a really positive experience with Jon. Attention to detail and professionalism was second to none. Always touching base and keeping me in the lop, even thru all the COVID-19 restrictions and challenges Jon still went above and beyond. Great guy and wouldn't hesitate to sell again with him in the future.

A Professional and an Asset
Alex didn’t disappoint. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Alex with the purchase of our beach side property. From the first meeting, Alex has provided assistance and has kept us updated via emails, text messaging and phone calls. When we had questions about the house, Alex went out of her way to provide additional photos to assist us with our decision making. In a time of social distancing and lock downs, Alex’s communications with us were so good and personal that we thought we were her only client. With the mentoring she is receiving Alex is well on her way to be a great Realtor and great company asset.

Alex was fantastic to work with, she made selling our property an easy and wonderful experience
Alex had great knowledge of the Phillip Island market and was a real pleasure to work with. She knew exactly what was required and offered us numerous help and updates so we could keep up to date with everything even though we didn't live on the island. What's more she was able to organise everything we needed (minor repairs, rubbish removal, painting, etc.) so we could sell our property for the best price possible. Highly recommend her and Ray White Phillip Island!

So supportive!
Alex has been fabulous from start to finish! When first meeting her for an inspection, she was professional, kind, supportive and authentic, and that was the experience throughout. As in any big decision-making process, people go through less calm moments, but Alex stayed calm and solution-focused. We are excited to start our island chapter and would happily return to Ray White for any future real estate adventures. Our experience with Alex has been excellent.
