Kevin O'mara did a fantastic job of selling my rental property at The Oaks. I received an offer for my property within two days of it going on sale. The on line photos and description were nothing short of amazing. My property looked at it's tiptop best on line. The first open house was two days after the property went on line, 12 groups of potential buyers went through on day one, this produced an unbelievable offer, which I accepted. The house has now settled and I'm certainly appreciative of the great job that Kevin and team did for me. The result for me was far better than I expected and I put that down to the professional and experienced job done by Kevin and his team.

We are first home buyers. From our first email with Laura, to put an offer that she was selling to the minute it settled, she was with us every step of the way. Communication was quick and easy across; email, text, phone calls and voice message. She understood out work schedules and would contact us in a way that we could check and get back to her as soon as we could. Arranging a viewing was simple and she was happy to let me look through as I had not seen the property before the cooling off period. Laura was also able to work with us to find another tome for final inspection. Being a first home buyer all the jargon does not make sense, but Laura was able to explain what was out next step and guide us to what to do next.
