I have known Kevin a long time, he sold me the land on which we just sold our house over 20 years ago. He is local, understands the community, is professional, respectful and an all over genuine person. He was supportive and organised as this was an emotional sale for me having been our family home for many years as my children grew up. He adapted to my needs due to work and personal commitments in regards to showing the home to relieve stress and always communicated at a time when I could talk.
