Lisa was a pleasure to deal with. She is knowledgeable and efficient and not pushy. Lisa spent a lot of time dressing up my house to show it at its full potential, transforming it from a single man's house to a lovely family home. She was able to achieve a sale price which was above my expectations.

Thanks to Lisa for supporting us from start (when she showed the house even though the open house was over) till we got the keys... She helped us with all our questions, sorting out all minor and major issues, ensured all the milestones are met on time and ensured we are happy with the complete process... Esp. this house is our 1st house in Perth and in Australia, and Lisa made it the best experience for us. We are very Happy and satisfied with her service and professionalism (with friendly touch). If we would rate her 10/5 then we would... it is surely 5/5....

Lisa clearly stood above a dozen agents who i met during my first home purchase. She was very honest and trustworthy from the very start of negotiation process. She was accomodative with a number of requests and took care that each of them were addressed/responded quickly. We requested an early settlement and she worked hard towards that which initially seemed difficult. Best agent i ever met !

Being A first homebuyerI wasn’t 100% on what to look for and put in a contract, one thing people told me to do was to do was to make sure all the electrical outlets worked. But I got talked out of that in negotiations and now have to spend truck loads on getting all the electrical outlets and switches repaired and replaced. I also found that the agent wouldn’t get back to me quickly or at all and I would have to chase them up myself. Not impressed
