Being A first homebuyerI wasn’t 100% on what to look for and put in a contract, one thing people told me to do was to do was to make sure all the electrical outlets worked. But I got talked out of that in negotiations and now have to spend truck loads on getting all the electrical outlets and switches repaired and replaced. I also found that the agent wouldn’t get back to me quickly or at all and I would have to chase them up myself. Not impressed
