Lisa was persistent with her follow ups but not pushy in her sales approach - giving us breathing time to make a decision on our own. From experience, real estate agents push hard then forget about the buyer when they don't get an immediate yes. Or more commonly, they just don't even bother to follow up which is 'sales 101'.
