From the very start, our house was going to be a hard case for any agent. However, Lisa was a responsible and professional agent which tried her best in all aspects to help us sell our house. She is definitely someone you can trust and puts her 100% in ensuring client satisfaction. She will go out of her way to help any client and has made the sale a smooth sailing process. We highly recommend her services!

Our experience with Lisa has been incredibly positive! We had multiple attempts at selling our house in the past, all unsuccessful. But in Lisa we had an agent that worked incredibly hard to get the word out, accommodated patiently to our specific requests, was always available for us, and has shown expert knowledge of the market and exceptional sales skills. Despite all odds, we were pleasantly surprised that she managed to sell our house for the price we wanted. Thank you so much Lisa! We will keep you in our records and recommend you highly to our friends!

Anne Cahill and her team were a pleasure to deal with. She communicated all the time with any issues concerning my rental which were dealt with promptly. She treated it like her own home in looking after it. The sale was quick and her efforts to sell the property were second to none. Thank you Anne for all your help over the years.

Up front, no frills, no B.s ‘Good ol’ fashion’ service. Knowledgeable and experienced. Handover was timely and all issues were resolved before we took possession. Thanks Anne.

very pleased we chose Lisa to sell our property...she did several market apraisals over 7 years before we finally decided to sell. Lisa patiently dealt with all our questions and even arranged contractors to get the house ready for handover. I can highly recommend Lisa...she had a very professional and dedicated approach to selling our property and gave us a good end result.

In a difficult selling climate we were impressed by the effort and professionalism displayed by Lisa Tam. It took a long time to find the right buyer for our house but Lisa worked very hard over a long period to achieve a sale.

Lisa was persistent with her follow ups but not pushy in her sales approach - giving us breathing time to make a decision on our own. From experience, real estate agents push hard then forget about the buyer when they don't get an immediate yes. Or more commonly, they just don't even bother to follow up which is 'sales 101'.

Lisa goes above and beyond the call of duty all the time. She is one of those rare agents who is worthy of trust. Our home sold in one day at the top end of the range of her valuation.
