Lisa was a lovely salesperson to deal with. Prompt, courteous and always professional. She had good knowledge of the home we purchased and was always willing to be on hand to assist with any queries we had. She understood what we were looking for and we found her very personable and courteous. We are very happy with our purchase.

Lisa Tam recently handled the sale of a property belonging to an old friend of mine. I was greatly impressed by her knowledge of the local market conditions, and also by the professionalism with which the marketing campaign was conducted. She was a pleasure to work with, and really did "go the extra mile," and the end result was an outstandingly good price for the property. I am delighted to recommend her without reservation.

We would highly recommend Anne Cahill if you are selling or buying a property. From the moment we stepped into Anne's office she made us feel comfortable and was very supportive at all times during the process. Anne was professional and knowledgeable but at the same time so personable. Anne was at all times very responsive to any queries that we had either by email or phone. She kept us informed and updated and nothing was ever a bother. It was an emotional time for our family, as we were selling out Dad's house and we felt she was very kind, understanding and supportive of us during this time. Our sincere thanks to Anne and her team at Ray White, Kardinya.

Lisa made the process of selling our home painless and simple. Her local knowledge was excellent and she always made herself available to answer questions or provide additional information. She went out of her way to help us organise last minute issues that arose prior to settlement. Her communication style is natural and down to earth which we found very reassuring during such a stressful time.
