Lisa was very approachable and communicative with us throughout the whole buying process. She kept us up to date with the status of our offer. Once the offer was accepted the level of service provided through to settlement was great. She took the time to go through the house with us and inspect all details of the house to show they are in good working order. It was a smooth buying process and no issues encountered. Highly recommended.

We have been clients of Ray White South for three and a half years. They have managed our rental property wonderfully, after we changed managership from another agency. We could not be more satisfied. Bills were paid on time, inspections were meticulous and repairs were quickly dealt with. Legal representation had to be made in one instance which was handled professionally to everybody's satisfaction. When we decided to sell the property recently, Anne Cahill handled it expeditiously and with great skill, giving personal attention to our needs. we recommend Ray White South to every one who needs to have their property managed, they will keep it safe for you.

We found Lisa to be highly professional and courteous to work with in our interactions with her. She was professional and appropriate representing the Seller in our negotiations with her, and was respectful of the confidentiality of our offer. She was also very helpful through the final inspection and in ensuring a smooth settlement. We would consider engaging her as our selling agent in the future and can recommend her.

We sold a property with the help of Lisa. She added huge value to the process, from initial advice to skilled negotiations with potential buyers. It was a slow market and buyers were very selective. Lisa's ability to qualify their circumstances and and means allowed us to discard unattractive initial offers and proceed with a genuine buyer within the market value, within a buyer's market and with the means to settle quickly. We transacted on various properties with her and would recommend her to others.
