Excellent service
I elected to display my unit for sale by appointment only due to an excellent tenant existing in the unit. This was no trouble to Petra who liaised between potential buyers and existing tenant. Her knowledge of the area was extremely valuable providing a pleasing result.

Petra made buying my first home an exciting experience. She was very professional and patient from the start. Petra was great with answering my many questions and guiding me through the process. She was always available, didn’t make me feel like I was asking silly questions, and got back to me on every query. The day I got the keys, she walked me through my new home and went over every detail and every switch, making sure I had no unanswered questions. Petra was always smiling and welcoming.

Do not pass up the opportunity to have Petra selling your property.
Petra, not only is she a very lovely, warm and funny personality, Petra is generous with her time and works well for the vendor getting great results, not by guessing, but with a great knowledge base. Petra knows has very practical view points on the market and how to sell a property realistically and well. I have had two of my properties sold by Petra with a very handsome result over a 2 year time frame, so Petra knows how to sell property in a buyers market and the sellers market. Best Agent in South Australia
Petra did an excellent job in selling our property.
