Finally a trust worth agent!
Sold in 5 days and above asking price! I met with Nick 6 months before going to market as I live in QLD, he gave solid honest advise. Over the next 6 months with the help of people Nick recommend the house was prepared for sale. The whole time Nick kept in touch and was never pushy to get the listing.
