Knows the market
Nick sold my house in Brompton in only a week! This was fantastic as other houses in the area tend to stay on the market and get stale (something I was worried about). He got us a very good price on our house above our expectation. Great work Nick!

A good experience.
The process of selling a property can be fraught with blind turns, false expectations, high exaltation and periods of frustration. Stress Free

Fantastic person and agent
When I took a close look at our investment property that stood unoccupied after 10 years of being rented, I felt a bit overwhelmed with the work that needed to be done to bring it up to a standard worthy of being an Open House. However, with Nick’s ideas and contacts within the industry we had the house ready within a week, ready for its Open Inspection. Nick understood that an empty house meant money was coming out of my pocket. In a market that had just seen an interest rise, and the banks nervous about lending money as a result of the royal commission into banking, it was a tough time to sell a house. However, Nick reassured me that as long as we marketed it correctly, according to his tried and proven strategies, we would be successful.
