Excellent agent

Nailed it!
Nick was very professional from the start. Having young kids it was important for us to limit the open homes and have it sold quickly. Nick gave advice on how to dress our home for maximum appeal, to letting us know what essential repairs to focus on. The photography and marketing team did a great job and we were able to get a great turn out at each open. Nick communicated effectively with everyone involved and negotiated great terms for our sale. A professional, expert job done well. Highly recommend!!
