Very Accommodating
We were looking to buy a home together. The property we did purchase has tenants in it. Petra was very helpful with organising for our checks to be done whilst the tenants still occupy the property and also worked with us and the vendor to come to some different settlement conditions including a long settlement period due to not wanting to take on the tenant.

The right stuff,
After having a nightmare experience with an agent that could not sell my property after nearly 3 months due to not being on the ball. I terminated the contract and phoned Nick after doing my research on similar property sales in the area that he and his team had much success with.
