Excellent Agent

Ian was onboard and understood our particular situation right from the start. Painstaking in his explanations so as we understood the risks involved. Ian was careful in his assessment of our property, understood the good and bad points and did not raise our hopes with extravagant promises. His assessment was conservative when all around we were giving us unrealistic numbers. In the end the result he achieved was probably a bit higher than what his experience suggested. The result Ian obtained was certainly better than what we thought was possible. We believe the rssult was fair to both parties. The buyers were very happy, we were very happy.
