Compassionate, honest and expert guidance when selling our family home; Ian was the right choice!

Ian Dempsey - This was a hard one for my brother and me. We sadly lost both our parents (we’re only in our 30s) and were faced with the task of selling our family home in Preston. We spent weeks filtering through the ocean of agents, meeting several, but when we met Ian we collectively breathed a sigh of relief because we just knew 🦋 From the get-go he was compassionate, guiding us with honest, straight-talk and realistic expectations. He was incredibly knowledgeable, easy to reach and prompt to respond. In the end, the outcome exceeded what we had hoped for, especially in the current climate. Side-note: Not to drag other agents (but in the spirit of honesty) they’d either a) grossly under-valued, focusing their shtick on what we “didn’t have” or b) over-valued it, buttering-us-up for our business (neither of which gets lost on autistic twins, we *will* see through it 🫠) We definitely made the right choice with Ian and knew our parent’s home was in safe hands.
