My house was challenging as I had a tenant in who frankly caused a lot of problems once I told them I was selling. The rental was not managed by Brad, but I chose to look for another agent and got Brad. When they finally left and the left the house and front lawn with garbage, bags of rubbish in a completely unacceptable state. Brad organised and sorted every issue to get the house up to scratch for sale. I live in a different state so couldn't be there. Couldn't be happier and so is my wife and this from a bloke that doesn't like writing reviews. Or normally doesn't unless exceptional. He made my life easier during the process, so I have no problem thanking him for that. That's just my experience with Brad, but it's what I honestly believe. Any problem he was there for us. Much appreciated. And living in another state I've never met him, but I think he's a good bloke just with the dealings I had with him on the sale and everything he organised to make the sale go through. I probably won't own another house in Queanbeyan/Crestwood but if I ever do and I want to sell it. I have his number. I'll honestly say I was not expecting that from a real estate agent.

We purchased our new home through Ray White Brad O'Mara. Right from our first contact with Brad we could tell he was a person of integrity and honesty. He was completely transparent with us throughout the process of buying this home. We had made offers on other homes and did not feel the agent was being completely honest with us. Thankfully this was not the case with Brad. This gave us the confidence to go ahead with the sale. The other homes we did not go ahead with the sale as we had less confidence in the agent. We highly recommend Brad to anyone who is selling or wanting to purchase a home. We give hime 10/10 in all aspects of the sale.
