Having dealt with real estate agents for the last 7 months, Brad really stood out to me as possibly the most down to earth and honest agent yet. He was realistic and fourth-coming with the conditions of the house which really helped us feel comfortable to form our own judgments of the property. Communication was on point. I was keen to see the property before the first open home as I wasn’t sure I could make it - Brad took me through and talked me through all the details of the house from the small details to the big things.
