Brad is a great agent who took care of the sale of our property. We did a lot of market research and got quotes from various different agencies prior to choosing Brad and Brad was by far the most communicative and was able to find a buyer for our property for a higher then expected sale price. Throughout the process of selling the property Brad was able to quickly and efficiently organise open houses and communicate to us his expectations. I had a really good experience in the process of my buying my property. The main reason was due Brad’s communication, support and understanding throughout the whole process. He was quick to reply to my emails and getting back to my phone calls. The biggest thing I appreciate was he gave me the time, and did not apply any pressure while I organised my broker, solicitor and bank for the purchase. I cannot recommend Brad enough as an agent, whether you’re buying, renting or selling, his fantastic!
