My experience with Brad has been absolutly fantastic. Brad is highly professional, extremely knowledgeable about all real-estate matters, helpful, and always friendly. He made whole selling process really easy and stress free. Brad is extremely responsive, allway quick to respond to my queries, and kept me well informed. I have nothing but praise for Brad, and I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you Brad for everything you have done for me!

I had a really good experience in the process of my buying my property. The main reason was due Brad’s communication, support and understanding throughout the whole process. He was quick to reply to my emails and getting back to my phone calls. The biggest thing I appreciate was he gave me the time, and did not apply any pressure while I organised my broker, solicitor and bank for the purchase. I cannot recommend Brad enough as an agent, whether you’re buying, renting or selling, his fantastic!

Brad was very insightful throughout the settlement process. His communication was consistent and quick. The knowledge he had relating to NSW/ACT regulations re. Property settlement really helped.

Brad is an excellent realtor who does not stop till the job is done right. He went out of his way to produce the results that I asked for. He also kept me in the loop throughout the process which calms the nerves during this stressful process. Thanks Brad

Brad was one of the best agents we dealt with in our journey to purchase, he was honest, genuine, and professional. We found Brad to be very knowledgeable when providing us with information on the process which made it less stressful. Brad is very approachable, nothing that we asked of him was a problem, he was only too happy to help us every time, even after the sale. If you are looking to buy we strongly recommend Brad.

Brad enabled us to view the property outside regular times and did not put any pressure on us or rush us through. He has been a great conduit between ourselves and the vendor. Communication, in person, via text, email and mail has been efficient and clear. Brad was able to negotiate the process through buyer and seller in what is a challenging market for both parties. Would recommend Brad if selling or buying

As a first home buyer, Brad has helped streamline what seemed to be an incredibly daunting process. His upfront communication style left me with no doubt as to what actions needed to be taken on my behalf, and assisted with communicating with the seller in a very timely manner.
