As echoed by Brad’s catch cry ‘leave it to me’ and this I certainly did. Very ably assisted Brad and Ray White, the machinations of his team work led me to having an offer within hours of my instruction to sell. Brad was at my disposal literally every working minute of the day… a true professional with an unparalleled courtesy I have not seen elsewhere. His honesty reflected in his ability to deliver results– the sales price was just that; fantastic and exactly as quoted. I am delighted to recommended Brad and Ray White Queanbeyan to any would be vendors in the 2620 market. – Ivan Golem

From the get-go, Brad was motivated to get top dollar for my property. He has a keen perception of where the market is currently and where it is heading. Brad was receptive to all of my concerns as a seller, and kept in contact throughout the entire process. The marketing package was reasonably priced and covered all of the major platforms. Brad has the gift-of-the-gab which resulted in the best possible sale. I recommend him to anyone looking to achieve the best possible results for their property sale.

I found Brad O'Mara to be excellent in assisting me to sell my unit in Queanbeyan. From the beginning, he engendered confidence and enthusiasm. Initially he provided me with market information on sales and prices in the area and this led me to understand the likely outcome I would get from selling my property. He kept me informed of interested parties along the way and feedback on their likely interest in purchasing the unit. He maintained good phone contact with me and my mother during the process. I found him helpful and and informative and he achieved a good final sales price. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I purchased my property in 2013 as a first time home buyer. Brad was fantastic so when it came time to sell I went straight to him. I can’t speak highly enough as to his expertise, professionalism and the results he delivered. Whether buying or selling, look no further.
