Prior to signing the sales contract with Brad I checked out a couple of other Real Estate Agents and found him to be a 'straight shooter' when it came to assessment of my property and actually selling it. Brad certainly has good long experience in real estate and understands both sellers and buyers needs and expectations. He also has a 'no frills' approach and gave me a very realistic valuation and when it came to the sale he was able to get a very good price for my property despite lower than expected interest shown by potential buyers. Who says you cant sell a property over the Christmas and New Year break - just ask Brad because he will tell you right.
