I have appreciated everything you have done to help me in the purchase of my new home. Your advice, support, empathy and quick responses to my phone calls, text messages and emails have made my life just a little easier in this exhausting, stressful and complex life situation. Thank you! Honestly, the whole process with regard to body corporates, solicitors, realtors and banks needs a huge overhaul!! There are way too many hands in the pie! It is incredibly ungainly and complex making it so very easy for mistakes to be made and balls to get dropped. Without your guidance and explanation of the process, I know it would have been even more difficult for me. As you know I was buying another property and it fell over right on exchange due to the body corporate (after 4 weeks of consideration) not approving my dog - all because that agent did nothing to explain to either the body corporate, or the strata manager, the legislation.
