When I listed my property for sale I knew it was going to take some time. Brad found us buyers very quickly, however there were a number of issues that arose with the buyers and Brad worked hard with them and kept me informed of what was going on. I am surprised at how quickly I've felt at home in Jerrabomberra. I've been enjoying walking about appreciating the variety of gardens, beautiful trees plus the unexpected sense of space. I think that we have been very fortunate and certainly valued Brads assistance and enthusiasm. And of course the fact that Brad was marketing the property and knew it so well. In what was an emotional time for the family, we met with a number of local agents in Queanbeyan to sell our families home. We needed a quick sale but didnt want to price it as other agents advised to market it at the bottom range. Brad recommended and explained in detail the auction process and the benefit of this to the family. We were happy with the result and it was $40,000 more than the lowest price given by other agents but right where Brad showed comparable sales. Brad and Brendan were able to negotiate the sale and lock it down prior to auction, which helped us tremendously. The extra care and understanding of our emotions from Brad was genuine and honest. I would with a doubt recommend Brad and his team, not only did they communicate through the sales process, but the relationship commenced a few years ago with Brad providing regular market updates and advice on strata management services. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for all your hard work that has gone into selling both our properties in Jerrabomberra and Queanbeyan, it was really hard to let go of the Jerrabomberra property as this was our first family home and it had a lot of sentimental attachment to it. Dealing directly with you made this process easier as I always felt it was your priority at any time. It became apparent that we were not selling when the market was good for the seller so we really did appreciate the amount of work that went into the sale of both properties. The continual contact and updates that we received from you during the period meant that we never felt that things were not progressing. The telephone calls and weekly emails with sales reports and charts had people I work with who had tried to sell with other agents shocked as they has not received such comprehensive advice and support from their real estate agents.
