Our priority in selecting an agent was to find someone who was easy to talk to, was honest and confident in his approach to the marketing of our house. He needed to be realistic in his expectations of the market value of the property and be fair in both the places and methods of advertising especially the charges involved. Even though our Queenslander house on fairly large acreage was not the normal suburban home, Jesse managed to sell it for us within a month.
