He listen to what we were seeking - found the property and got the deal done in a timely manner. Which did come with its challenges as the owners are now overseas and time issues did not seem to be a issue . Answer the phone even on his days off or sent a message - ( Which I'm sure at times may not of been ideal ) Followed up on each and every question and even after the deal was done he was still the same. Easy to talk to took the time to explain things to us and gave us his honest option. We have sold and brought a number of homes and would have no hesitation in either engaging him again, even if the property was not listed with him to ask him to be our representative for any future things we may do. 10/10 - Well done team well done.

While the Auction route was not necessarily the best way for us and our property. The creativity of the team and the forward thinking to ensure that our property was marketed in the best way was second to none. Perhaps the most difficult part in selling your home, is getting people through the door. Jesse and his team certainly excelled in this department. In the space of a few weeks it felt like we were almost reaching 3 figures and we had numerous offers on the table which Jesse then used to negotiate a price we were happy with. Jesse always kept us up to date with progress and always went out of his way, even late at night outside of office hours, to highlight were we were at in terms of our sale and even 2 weeks after our successful sale, he is still there offering that very personal touch!
