Informed advice for vendor

I chose Jack after interviewing several agents. First, I find he is pretty knowledgeable about the current market. Second, his quotes are reasonable, which reflects the market (not too high to lure people in). Third, he offers appropriate advice to improve the property before selling, accompanied by thorough explanations for why these recommendations are necessary. Fourth, he keeps the vendor updated, and given that I was not in Sydney when selling the property, the weekly communications help. Finally, the decision to wait for the auction or settle the deal before the date, based on the current data available, is well-informed.

Jack Zhao is one of a kind , he was so professionally and has so much knowledge Jack kept me up to date with all progress and sold my property in just 2 weeks and well over market value .
