Phillip has been key in helping put our Peakhurst home up for sale.
Phillip has been very helpful in organizing marketing and open house inspections and has provided valuable assistance towards the sale of our property. We are very grateful towards his hard work and efforts that he has provided and he has always kept us updated towards the responses he received. Even the market taking a downturn he had managed the get us a buyer we could sell our property at. We were pleased with the outcome.

Professional and a Pleasure to Deal With
We first met Adison at a Saturday morning inspection. Adison took the time to show us a number of properties in the area and to ensure that we knew what was available. It was only because of this patience and his friendly, active approach, that we found the property we ended up buying. On that Saturday, Adison also made the time to show us the property a second time in the afternoon. Adison let us look at the property at our leisure and we did not feel crowded or like our every movement was being watched. His friendly, relaxed, and innovative sales approach led to us wanting to make an offer on the property. Similarly, in the course of negotiating the contract, and since, Adison has been professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We have greatly appreciated his insight into the Riverwood area, and his flexibility, which has not only led to a sale, but also to a smooth process for all involved. We would be happy to recommend Adison as an agent for other sellers or buyers, and will certainly consider Adison when we come to sell our property.
