Adison is always friendly and works hard. However, he set the estimated price much higher than what the true price turned out to be. More importantly, on settlement since he was away on holiday, his office didn't do a proper job: the deposit was released almost a week after settlement after I enquired my solicitor. Hope that this only happened because of the holidays.
