Adison is a fantastic real estate agent. He has been very understanding, accommodating and honest through our whole buying process. I feel that he put both the vendor and our best interests forward. It has been a great buying experience for our first home. I will recommend Adison to all my friends and families.

Adison is really professional and detailed in everything. We did research and met quite a few other agents. The fee Adison charges is resonable compared to other agents, and the service is fantastic. Everyone in my family talked to him like him very much. He looked after us by advising the correct information rather than push to sale. In this tough market, we really appreciate his help and this makes he different from other agents.

We highly commend Phillip as a very hardworking, pleasant and responsive agent. He is most prompt in responding to any questions or suggestions we had for him. It was a real pleasure to work with him throughout the whole selling process. We like his openness and balanced explanation of the current housing market condition. We highly recommend him as an agent who will work tirelessly for the vendor if you are deciding on an agent to sell your property. Thank you Phillip. We appreciate your hard work and friendliness.

We are happy that we engaged Ray White Riverwood after evaluating at least 6 other Real Estate Agencies in our area over a period of time. Adison was actually not on the list of the 6 agencies but somehow by gut feeling we got them to present their proposal. We told them that we were placing our confidence in them to sell our house. And they did not disappoint us. Adison has proven himself as a steady agent with a sense of quiet confidence. He was realistic with his appraisal and answered all our questions adequately. He made us feel comfortable to trust him with our sale. His excellent sales record and porfolio were instrumental in the success of the auction. Credit must go to him for his good reputation as a confident, steady and reliable agent.

We would like to commend Adison Cao for his professionalism for assistance in purchasing our new home and selling our previous home over the past few months. My wife and I are very happy with his excellent effort throughout the process. We believe his attention to detail and excellent work ethic were key to the success. His geniune and understanding nature was recognised and appreciated by all my family. Unlike some pushy agents, he will make you feel very comfortable in buying and selling the properties, even in current harsh market conditions. We recommend Adison without reservation.

I am very satisfied with Adison’s service throughout the whole process of buying our property. As we never attend or even buy property through auction before, we were nervous and confused. We asked so many questions to Adison, but Adison were patient and so helpful answering everything we’ve asked, so it made us feel safe and comfort throughout the whole process. Adison is easily contactable. He has a great market knowledge, is realistic and truthful. I would highly recommend Adison to anyone looking for a great and reliable property agent, either buying or selling. Now we also considers Adison as our friend. Once again, thank you Adison 👍
