Adison and his Team have managed the rental of our single residential property for the last three years, culminating recently with the sale of the property by Auction. The Team organised and vetted prospective Tenants, and provided monthly reporting on the tenancy financials which were clear and informative. At regular intervals they reported to us on the Tenant's care of the property and kept us informed of maintenance matters. They were a pleasure to deal with. Regarding the sale: Adison's advice on the probable sale figure was accurate in a falling market and his recommendation for Auctioneer was excellent. We are thankful for his professionalism, his demonstrable expertise and his diligent and genuine efforts to secure the best outcome possible for us.
