We required Jon to quickly sell our investment property due to my husbands serious health issues and to get us a great price. In order to do this Jon made suggestions about how we should present the property and the most effective marketing strategy. We listened and I’m so glad we did. I need to start with a BIG Thank You!!!!!! When we decided to sell our home we spoke with a number of different agents before deciding on who to choose. When we met Karyn we hands down knew from opening the door that she was the lady for us! We sat on the floor to talk “business” while our two little ones caused havoc around us, and she took in in her stride making friends with Mr 3 and my husband and I too. We made the very best decision in choosing Kahlee to sell out block of land. We were extremely apprehensive on the outcome of the sale as we knew this sale was only going to be for a very small niche market. Kahlee demonstrated very experienced knkwledge and communication.
