To Whom It May Concern, We are very grateful to Orren who has quickly resold a property that we mistakenly bought under duress coming out from a 2nd operation for the big "C". These things happen ! Orren was able to recoup most of our funds. The property actually sold for a profit but the Government Stamp Duty and transfer fees rendered the actual outcome as a loss. Orren was a fantastic agent not only working for the seller but also myself the buyer. The negoation on the purchase of the property was relatively easy but from then on Orren worked very hard to make sure that the deal went through. I had a lot of trouble with different financiers involved, extending settlement a number of times and getting credit approved. Orren was wonderful in helping for facilitating the sale speaking with and working with both parties till the end. Orren offered any and all assistance and I believe went above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend this kind hearted gentleman to any prospective seller and I wish him luck in the future.
