Sharah Campbell who is employed as a rental property manager by Ray White Roachedale Brisbane failed in every sense as a property manager of any type The home I rented off her through her employer had not been cleaned inside the home including the yard and gardens when I moved in the property There idea of pest control for the rats that were both living in and around the house was to leave large blue rat baits both inside cupboards including the kitchen cupboards and in the corners of living and sleeping area's - there was a large amount of rat dropping inside cupboards - on floors - up the eternal staircase. They arranged pest control one month after I had moved into the home but the pest control they paid for only covered the cockroaches and not the rats - the pest guy told me I would need to supply and buy rat traps and poisoning boxes myself' I spent $170 plus on traps and poisoning boxes myself The yard was also another nightmare it was overgrown with grass and weeds but I 1st needed to clear debris hidden below and under the grass before attempt mowing it. The debris I 1st needed to remove consisted of pieces of steel - wire - wood - bricks/pavers - car pars - 3rd wheel or jockey wheels off trailers - the old steel cloths line which had been cut down and just left for the grass to grow over it. This pile of hidden steel damaged my zero steer ride on mower so i was now having to clear debris that could be seen from above and 1st mow the lawn with a push mower, there clear away items that could not be seen from above before mowing it with my repaired zero steer ride on mower - this was a 10 acreage block that had never been looked after- tenants before me where removed by police once they stopped paying rent This is only touching on the lack of respect from my letting agent because when I brought the above problems I was told that if I didn't like it I could move out Paying $620.00 per week should rent you better not less - once rented they didn't care
