We rented through some other agency and in mid it was taken over by Raywhite Rochedale. From the time it has been taken we always received our lease renewal notifications and contracts at last moment. Even after regular inspections suddenly one day the agent had lot of issues to which we were happy to leave the property but then they said they would just like to increase the rent which wasn’t the correct way if they wanted to do it. Then now when we ended our lease and with the bond cleaning they expected the property to look brand new even after 3 years of residing in it. They say it has a scratch Here and there and we should get that off and we leased it when it was brand new so it should look the same way. Very unprofessional in updating us regarding any notices or inspections and trying to be very professional when we are ending the lease. It all looks like a joke to us.
