We’ve been with Ray white for several years now, mostly with a wonderful property manager called Linda. Linda takes wonderful care of our rental property. We experienced a change of manager once but very quickly asked for Linda to take charge of our property. Linda treats our rental as her own. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Problems are solved very quickly indeed. Very happy with our arrangement with Ray White at Underwood.

Linda Brown currently manages 6 of our properties in south Brisbane and has managed various properties for us for over 20 years. She goes over and above what is expected of a property manager. Linda gives a fair guide as to the price our properties should be rented for. Also what should be done to them to attract a good tenant. She takes the time to check tenants references carefully and find someone who will care for our properties and not cause us trouble during lease. I feel this is more important in the long run, than just the highest weekly rent. She is also fair to tenants, which we think has attributed to many long term tenants.
