Kate handled the situation when the tenants broke the contract in a very professional way keeping us updated on the process and diligently made sure that new tenants are let-in in the earliest possible time helping the previous tenants too. The tenants wished to move out early because they were renting too far away from their place of work. I agreed to them breaking the lease. The current rent was $480 a week but Esther suggested putting it on the market for a little while for $520-$540 a week. I agreed and lo and behold, Mangrove Housing of the Headlease Group came back with an offer that I could not refuse. They offered $540 a week. Thier conditions were a landlord's dream. They would rent to tenants in their books who were unable to access private housing on their own volition. The organisation would be responsible for all rents. They would restore the property to the initial state of repair when their tenants moved out. I am extremely impressed with Esther's professionalism and understanding of prevailing market conditions.
