There is a lot of work and money involved in Presenting and Promoting a property for sale, it is essential to get the best Price. The three, P's. Presentation is the vendor's responsibility. Promotion will start with the internet. Price will be determined by how well your agent fine tunes those two into the selling process. Vendors need a hard working, motivated, well organised team to achieve the best results. In my opinion the Jason Song Team did a very good job of meeting my expectations.
