I know my property is gonna be a challenge given the price expectation from me. However Jason did it and exceeded! He and his team went up and beyond to strike to maximize their client's benefit. I have so far traded 3 properties with different agents. They are all good, but Jason is so far the most outstanding one and pleasant one to deal with. In the very beginning, I was bit reluctant to hire Jason, but I can conclude right now at this moment. Though u might pay a bit more rate to Jason vs other agents, however, on the date of settlement, you will know he definitely worths the extra you've paid.
