Lisa has been very helpful throughout the whole process of us purchasing our first home. From the initial inquiry on the property Lisa has been prompt, professional and honest in her responses. As first home buyers we were weary of being taken advantage of, or being disregarded as serious by some agents, Lisa was the exact opposite. She took us seriously from the start, was helpful with our stupid first home buyer questions. We are new to the area, and Lisa was able to answer all our questions, clearly showing her years of experience in the area. With our limited experience, Lisa walked us through the process, and let us know all the key dates. As a result of her clear communication, we never once felt rushed or pressured. Since our offer was accepted she's kept us up to date with the process, helped facilitate some additional requests between ourselves and the vendor, and continued to answer our silly questions. Lisa's efforts, and her natural calm and friendly persona certainly kept our stress levels under control. In conclusion, we would happily recommend Lisa to friends and family. If we ever go to sell, Lisa will be the first person we contact. She breaks down the stereotype, and has been absolute pleasure to deal with.
