We knew we needed/wanted to sell our home. We'd moved to the sunny coast, our renters were out and we needed the place SOLD before the banks 3 month mortgage payments grace ended. Well, within 3 months, the house was marketed, inspected and auctioned for more than I thought we'd get. PLUS Lisa and her team just... well.. took care of things! Being on the Sunshine coast (house, obviously south Brisbane), we couldn't see the house to know when it needed mowing and maintenance. Lisa let us know, gained our permissions and organised the mow. It was the little things that she was able to do, not because she had to, but because she could, that made ALL THE DIFFERENCE to us throughout the process. Use Lisa. We'd spoken to another local agent prior to Lisa and they were very negative. Told us to go to auction without explaining the reasons.
